Junior Birding Society

The Junior Birding Society (JBS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to igniting a love of birds and sparking a passion for scientific inquiry in students from the age of eight to eighteen. We aim to achieve our mission by hosting bird-based events to make more birding accessible to the youth. The JBS also hopes to inspire a lasting love for science in students by giving them the opportunity to participate in meaningful bird citizen science research projects.
