A theory of practice examining the deep emotional turmoil stemming from ongoing planetary crises, highlighting the inadequacy of terms like "climate anxiety" to fully encompass the diverse and intersectional nature of polycrisis-induced emotional dysregulation. The discussion touches on the impact of anthropocentric bias, ambiguous loss, digital culture in exacerbating feelings of loss and helplessness, the challenges of ideological and moral dissonance, and the transgenerational effects of trauma.
