The Jubilee Hall Trust is a charity that aims to build strong healthy communities by promoting the fitness and wellbeing of the individuals within them. The Trust operates four health, fitness and sports centres in Covent Garden, Hampstead, Southwark and Westminster and also manages outreach community programmes such as dance classes for older people and healthy eating education programmes for obese children. The Trust receives no public funding or subsidy (except for special projects) and generates its own income through trading. Primarily, the Trust sells gym memberships and other services at value for money rates, and the surpluses generated enable us to subsidise memberships for people on low incomes and to provide our community programmes.

This year we partnered with Hampstead RFC and organised the 25th anniversary of the Hampstead Heath Duathlon. There were 427 participants on the day swimming and running between Parliament Hill Lido and the ponds. It's such a great community event. Thank you to all of the volunteers on the day and special shout out to Jonathan Giles, Oliver Deen and Louise Sharp for ensuring it was another successful day ?

Had a fantastic day slipping back into my trainer/presenter role to deliver Sales Training for the new starters at Jubilee Hall Trust sites. There's nothing quite like the buzz of a room full of engaged people, all eager to learn and soak it all in. Another great Run for Your Life event on Hampstead Heath with families and participants doing 2, 5 and 10k runs. Youngest I saw was a 2yr old and the eldest at 87. Great way to engage the local community and well done to the team for volunteering !
