Celebrating the ribbon-cutting of the Aht'Wy Interchange on US-12/95! ???? The Nez Perce Tribe, Idaho Transportation Department, with J-U-B managing the design, is delivering a major safety enhancement on an historically dangerous highway. The interchange, set to open in December, eliminates high-speed left-turn conflicts, addressing a primary cause of accidents in the area. Honored during the event was J-U-B’s John Watson, who received a Pendleton blanket for his leadership and dedication throughout this impactful project. The ceremony featured cultural tributes from the Nez Perce Tribe, making the moment even more meaningful. We’re proud to collaborate on the Lead Service Line Project in Jerome! Partnering with the City of Jerome, TLG, and GMI, we’re ensuring safe, lead-free drinking water for residents. This initiative replaces lead service lines, updates water records, and introduces a grant program for households to replace private lead lines. Our J-U-B team in Fort Collins joined a Young Professionals-coordinated event with Larimer County's parks department to plant trees at Carter Lake Campground. The fall weather and lake views made the day even better! ?? We learned expert tips, like ensuring proper hole depth, preventing circling roots, and wrapping trunks to avoid "sunburn." The day involved mulching, fencing, and even using an automatic post driver to install T-posts. This effort not only strengthens our partnership with Larimer County but also leaves a lasting impact as these trees will provide shade and beauty for years to come.
