Can’t believe it’s been more than four months since Wayfair’s first-ever retail store opened at Edens Plaza in Wilmette, IL!???????? This project was definitely one for the books. Working with the larger project team to completely transform the anchor tenant space at Edens Plaza and deliver a superior retail experience by opening day was extremely satisfying. We hope many happy shoppers have visited the store this summer.????? We’re grateful to Ben Lehrer, associate director at Wayfair, for his kind words.

JT Magen installed raised flooring for TD Securities' 130,000 SF office, spanning four floors of active trading. This system allows power, data lines, and cooling systems to be neatly organized beneath the floor, ensuring seamless operations. The flexibility of raised flooring enables easy upgrades, making it ideal for the ever-evolving demands of financial trading offices. ???

StepStone Group’s 50,000 SF fitout at 277 Park Avenue is all about collaboration, flexibility, and growth ??. Aiming for LEED Gold certification, this stunning space features an interconnecting staircase, open workstations, and a bright pantry with East River views. The café with wood acoustic panel ceilings, built-in banquet seating, and custom lighting adds warmth, while floor-to-ceiling wood tambour panels and custom finishes in the elevator lobbies bring sophistication. With branding woven throughout and a preserved moss wall for a natural touch, this office is a perfect blend of style and functionality. ???? Fun Fact Friday: working on landmark buildings is both challenging and rewarding! At JT Magen, we had the opportunity to restore the iconic fa?ade at 5 Columbus Circle during the Nordstrom flagship project. This involved stripping away modern renovations and bringing the fa?ade back to its original 1912 Beaux-Arts design. We replaced the aluminum storefront with cast stone, replicating the Vermont marble of the upper fa?ade, creating a seamless connection between the past and present while preserving this NYC gem's architectural integrity. ??

Welcome to the Paramount Club! The 32,000-square-foot, private space on the concourse level of 1301 Avenue of the Americas is open to all corporate employees of any tenant within Paramount Group’s New York portfolio. The new space provides a multitude of enriching experiences that blend work and play, such as a game room, business lounge, training room, boardroom, a wellness center, and a variety of dining options. Extensive structural work was required to build out the club, which was repurposed from an existing lower level at the building. To allow for natural light and a seamless arrival experience, a portion of the building’s ground floor slab was removed to provide an opening for the custom feature staircase and two-story atrium.

For the last two years, she has managed a 150K-SF, multiphase commercial interiors project for Fanatics. With multiple scopes involved, Edel had to continuously adapt to new challenges and collaborate with team members, which gave her opportunities to grow her leadership skills and industry knowledge.
