On such a beautiful summer morning in Washington, a lovely way to begin the day — with a Pantry Day at St. Anthony in Brookland. Many thanks to the spirited team of volunteers: left to right Stanley Thomas, George Martin, Diane Hart, and Chip Clemmer. In addition to the non-perishable food, we offered milk and eggs and a variety of chicken, beef and pork. And, fresh produce from the farden at the nearby Franciscan Monastery.
