???Exciting Project Update!??? We're excited to announce that our firm is a key player in the construction of a new Love's Truck Stop in Carlin, Nevada! ??? The JSA Civil team has been hard at work, providing civil engineering, land use entitlements, NDOT Permitting, and project management services for this unique site. With 60 feet of vertical relief across the site, the project required extensive retaining walls and grading. This project showcases our commitment to overcoming complex engineering challenges and delivering top-notch solutions. Stay tuned for more updates as this project progresses.

For the second year in a row, Team Charlie claimed the victory crown ?? over Team Brandon. But don’t worry—Team Brandon walked away with the Best Dressed title yet again. ??? We're excited to share that our EV charging infrastructure project with Energy Northwest is completed with construction at several strategic locations, including Burbank, Washtucna, Pullman, and Clarkston. This milestone marks a significant step in expanding the electric vehicle charging network in eastern Washington and promoting sustainable transportation options throughout the region. As electric vehicle adoption grows, these new charging stations will help ensure that drivers in these communities and beyond have access to reliable, fast, and convenient charging.

We're thrilled to share an update on another JSA Civil project that's making great progress! This time, it’s a Love’s Travel Stops in Buffalo, WY. Despite a short construction season due to snow lingering late into spring, the team accomplished a lot: 2,000 LF of offsite water main extension Two bores under State Highway 16 Roadway widening along Highway 16 Complete site utility and grading package All completed just in time for the paving window. It was a true team effort, and we can’t wait to see this facility open soon!

?? We’re On the Move! ?? Big news: The JSA Civil team has officially moved to a new suite in the Old Towne Plaza Center in Tumwater, WA. As we’ve grown, so has our need for a space that fosters collaboration, innovation, and connection. Our new location is designed to support our team, better serve our clients, and enable us to continue delivering exceptional results. JSA's Principals Brandon Johnson and Charlie Severs were at the Love's Travel Stops 2024 GC Summit in Oklahoma City earlier this week to learn more about Love's upcoming development plans and strategic initiatives. We had a great time collaborating with the Love's Construction/Real Estate Teams, general contractors, architects, and other engineers. Thank you Love's Travel Stops for inviting JSA Civil and for being such a wonderful host! We're looking forward to attending next year's event!

Another JSA Civil project in the news. This one is a new WinCo Foods in Washington City, Utah. If you watch the video closely you can see Brandon Johnson at the beginning of his presentation to the City's Planning Commission.
