The J.R. Johnson team had an amazing time at the Multifamily NW Reverse Tradeshow last week. It was great to connect with all our clients and fellow industry partners. The tradeshow not only provided valuable insights and opportunities but also energized our team to continue delivering exceptional results for our clients. Check out our current progress on a project after a large fire loss. So far, we have successfully finished demo framing, roofing, siding, windows, and plumbing. This includes relocating and upgrading the electrical service for half of the building, as it did not comply with code. Currently, HVAC and electrical work is approximately 80% complete.
