Here’s a glimpse into our recent roofing project for a senior living facility in Ardsley, NY. ?Shingle Replacement: We started by removing old shingles down to the plywood deck, installing a new synthetic underlayment, ice and water shields, and high-quality 40-year dimensional shingles to ensure a robust, weather-resistant roof. ?TPO Replacement: For added resilience on low-slope areas, we pressure-washed the existing surface, removed old materials, and adhered a 115 Mil TPO FleeceBack membrane over the roof field, with a 60 Mil TPO membrane up the perimeter and interior walls. JRC recently wrapped up a successful flat roof recovery project for a hotel in Fort Worth, TX! Our team removed old roofing materials from the walls and curbs and gave the existing roof a thorough cleaning to ensure a clean slate. We then fully adhered a new 115 mil TPO Fleeceback membrane using Flexible Fast adhesive, providing enhanced durability and protection. To secure the structure, we installed a 60 mil TPO membrane 12 inches up the walls, terminating it with a new termination bar for a watertight seal. Proper flashing was done around all interior walls, curbs, exhaust vents, and roof penetrations to prevent leaks. We also installed walkway pads at all access points, service sides of units, and around the chiller for added safety and accessibility.
