Our team installed 84,200 square feet of IKO North America 40-year Title 24 asphalt shingles, designed for longevity and compliance with California’s energy standards. For the flat roof section, we secured 1/2” HD Coverboard over the wood deck, ensuring a solid foundation. We also installed 3,000 square feet of Carlisle SynTec Systems 60 Mil TPO membrane, providing superior waterproofing and weather resistance. Finally, we completed the project with new ridge vents, cap shingles, and neoprene pipe boots for lasting protection.
