JP's Delights creates all different types of preserves like jams, jellies, chutneys, confits, conserves, fruit butters, marmalades, etc. We make them with farm-fresh local & seasonal organic ingredients. They can be kosher. Vegan, & low sugar depending on the needs of my patrons. We want to partner up with farmers who are throwing out ugly produce they can't sell to help stop food waste. Teaming up with local farmer cuts transportation which lowers the carbon footprint. We also want to promote the 3 Rs of recycling, reusing, & reducing by offering 10% off to patrons who bring back their glass jars. We want to increase our impact by preserving lives through a 10% donation to a reputable cancer charity organization. All our preserves are organic & all-natural. We hand make everything in small batches to ensure the perfect flavors & consistency. We try to source as much fresh & seasonal produce as possible from local farmers in south Florida & try to keep it non-GMO when we can help it. We don't use corn syrup, preservatives, artificial flavors, colors, nor additives. They are also gluten-free, fat-free, sodium-free, & dairy-free. Almost all flavors except 1 are Kosher, Halal, Ital, & vegan. We aim to make preserves that fit the needs of picky eaters as well as those with dietary and/or religious restrictions. When stored correctly the unopened shelf life is 18 months & once opened & refrigerated it is best used within a month. They all currently come in glass jars that are 1.25 oz, 4 oz, 8 oz, 12 oz, in variety packs, or in gift baskets, but that can be customizable to specific needs both for retail in the front of the restaurant's shop as well as in the back kitchen. Our preserves can be separated into 4 different flavor categories of sweet, savory, spicy, & alcohol-infused. Some flavors have an international flair that will evoke a nostalgic feeling in those who are ex-pats or globetrotters. Our real value is in our unique taste from our creative recipes.

The City of Dania Beach proudly presents the Dania Beach Wine & Seafood Festival, now in its 11th year, on Saturday, March 8, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., at Dania Beach City Hall Plaza, 100 W Dania Beach Blvd, Dania Beach, FL, 33004. Recipe Serves: 4 as a starter, 2 as a main #Ingredients: -1 tablespoon #olive #oil -200g #chorizo, quartered lengthwise and cut into chunks -1 medium red #onion, thinly sliced -2 cloves #garlic, thinly sliced -2 tbsp #Curried #Tomato #Marmalade -1 tin chopped #tomatoes -#salt & #pepper -125mls red #wine -1 kg #mussels, scrubbed and debearded -handful of chopped fresh flat-leaf #parsley, to #garnish -slices of #rustic #bread or #toast to serve Directions: 1. Heat the olive oil in a large #pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add the chorizo and #cook, stirring, until most of the fat is rendered and it begins to crisp on the edges. Transfer the chorizo to a bowl and set aside. 3. Add the onions to the pan and cook until they start to soften. 4. Add the garlic and cook for a few seconds before adding the chopped tomatoes with #juices. 5. Season with salt & pepper to taste and allow to cook for around 10 minutes on a low heat. 6.
