?? 16 Days. 300,000+ Steps. 1 Big Mission—Complete! What started as a simple challenge turned into something incredible. Over the past 16 business days, Trey (our filmmaker at Jpixx) has literally gone the extra mile to raise awareness for the Virginia Beach Educational Foundation (VBEF) and their Beach Bags program, which provides meals for local students facing food insecurity. ?? The Mission: Jpixx partnered with VBEF to launch the VBEF Steps Initiative, a social media challenge where Trey took more steps each day—ultimately completing a full marathon in his Beach Bags costume! Along the way, we aimed to grow VBEF’s Instagram (@vbedfound) to 10,000 followers and inspire the community to get involved. ? What We Accomplished: ??♂? Took creative steps across Virginia Beach—racing student-athletes, running PE drills with elementary kids, and even making pit stops at local businesses like CLTRE and My Vegan Sweet Tooth. ?? Boosted awareness for VBEF and Beach Bags, helping more people learn about their mission. ?? Celebrated Trey’s final steps at Wasserhund Brewing Co., where 25% of taproom revenue was donated to VBEF last night! At Jpixx, we believe in using creativity to tell powerful stories and make an impact—and this initiative was a perfect example of that.
