Diversify Funding Sources: Explore the development of online courses or email marketing strategies to attract and maintain donors and sponsors. ? Build Partnerships: (My favorite strategy????) Partner with organizations that share your vision to co-fund, implement sustainable initiatives together, or leverage in-kind contributions. ? Showcase Impact: Evaluate performance measures and key performance indicators of programs or initiatives.
