Each recipient selects their favorite Journeyman spirit and, in a personal touch, designs a custom label that tells their story. This tradition started with Bill, who finds one of the most rewarding parts of the process to be designing labels—bringing creativity and storytelling together in every bottle. That passion inspired this program, turning each milestone into a work of art. But it’s about more than just celebrating our team—it’s about giving back.
