The Journal of Change Management: Reframing Leadership and Organizational Practice (JCM) is dedicated to advancing research in organizational change and leadership as a collective ("we-ness") process of influence and co-creation. Recognizing that change can originate at any level within organizations and society, this perspective highlights the importance of embracing diverse mindsets and fostering trust in interactions. As societal and organizational landscapes evolve, new opportunities emerge to support diversity, enhance well-being, and promote psychological safety, job satisfaction, and positive citizenship behaviors. ? JCM has a long-standing history as an interdisciplinary, cross-sectoral, and inclusive platform within the academic community dedicated to generating meaningful insights into change and leadership processes. Actively contributing to the discourse on leadership, JCM emphasizes the collective role in driving change that is aligned with organizational purpose and the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). ? We invite submissions of theoretical, methodological, and empirical manuscripts. We especially welcome research focusing on the inclusive, collective dimensions of leadership and change processes, with a commitment to diverse and interdisciplinary perspectives. ? By cultivating connections across academia, industry, and policy, JCM is a platform for impactful contributions that develop new frameworks and approaches to address contemporary organizational and societal challenges.
