This landmark project features an upgraded emergency department, state-of-the-art operating rooms, and advanced adult intensive care units, all designed to enhance patient care. We’re thrilled to announce a major milestone: the historic building at 700 Arlington Avenue has officially been designated as a *local landmark* by the City of Greenville, South Carolina! This recognition highlights the building’s deep historical, architectural, and cultural significance, made possible by the support of the Greenville community and a thorough review by the Historic Preservation Commission. This project is close to our hearts, as it not only honors Greenville’s past but also invests in its future. This project will celebrate the Upstate’s rich Black history, featuring rare documents and artifacts collected by the beloved Greenville historian, Ruth Ann Butler. Alongside these items, we’re developing a modern office space with five spacious suites, a conference room, and more—all designed to support local entrepreneurs and community growth. Renovations are already underway, and we can’t wait to share each step with you. Our vision is for this space to become a true gathering place for Greenville, where everyone can celebrate our shared history and look forward to a powerful future.
