This highly-anticipated mall mixed-use redevelopment is currently in phase two and is now home to the very first Whole Foods Market in the state of Montana. In addition to Whole Foods, the first phase of redevelopment announced the addition of a new Medical Pavilion, currently under construction, projected to open later this year. The 45,000-square-foot Medical Pavilion brings together two of the region’s most established healthcare entities, SCL Health, now Intermountain Healthcare, and Ortho Montana PSC. Bozeman, nestled in the majestic mountain ranges of Montana is known for its breathtaking natural beauty and thriving community. Cushing Terrell construction signage is up at the future home of the Billings Federal Credit Union King Ave Branch in Billings, Montana. This is our third project for Billings FCU! Previous projects include the Heights Branch where we renovated an old dry cleaner utilizing the existing footprint and structure, and a three-story administrative addition to their downtown Billings headquarters. King Ave project details: We are working with Jones Construction, Inc. on this 3,000 sq. ft. ground up project, providing full architecture and engineering services! A 500 sq. ft. covered ATM drive-up canopy will be located on the west side of the building. This will be a fully automated branch with Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) on the interior instead of a teller line.
