This initiative aims to provide 50 community members in priority zip codes with 12 free therapy sessions. Part of the ONE Community Neighborhoods pillar (which also includes the Neighborhood Business Spotlight program!) We know how vital programs like this are for anyone seeking mental health sessions, especially our youth in Middle Tennessee, and we're always happy to support and share them ?? When a teen arrives in foster care, Jonathan’s Path will be waiting with open arms to help calm turbulent waters filled with fear and uncertainty. It’s a path that might lead to reunification with their family or possibly a path to independent living. Either way, once youth come to Jonathan’s Path, they are always welcomed back home anytime. Every year, around 700 young adults in Tennessee age out of the foster care system. This transition can be daunting since they usually lack a place, studies, experience, or resources to live their lives like any other youth, but through The Path Line, we offer wrap-around support, housing placement, professional leadership, and family support foundation for teens going through this complex and significant stage of their lives, helping them seamlessly integrate into society and live thriving, stable and secure lives.
