Another productive Chamber "lobby" Day in Springfield. Staff and members of our Government Affairs committee attended and heard insights from House Speaker Chris Welch, House Republican Leader Tony McCombie, Senate Republican Leader John Curran, and Senate President Don Harmon. Senators Ram Villavalam & Don DeWitte talked about the Transit Fiscal Cliff and ILL Attorney General Kwame Raoul spoke on Protecting Consumers & Businesses in Illinois. The group then met with Senators Rachel Ventura and Meg Loughran Cappel as well as Representatives Dee Avelar, Larry Walsh, Jr., and Harry Benton.
