The partitions dividing the kitchen from the traditional break area create flexibility; monitors in the banquettes allow for an impromptu meeting with colleagues; and lighting + millwork details promote a comfortable gathering space. Office design is becoming cross-functional and we have the palette for it! The story and mission of Peckham, Inc. is nothing short of inspiring and remarkable. Design details like a curved wall to help guide visually impaired employees, the integration of amenity spaces like an Art Room, and cutting in 26 new 6'x6' all make this 88,000 SF office more than just a "place to work." The iconic WM Phoenix Open at the 16 never disappoints and our team was thrilled to be a part of the excitement ? We also added a new experience to our days at the Open - volunteering at the concessions! Over 3 days, we collectively volunteered 48 hours on behalf of Phoenix ToolBank as a fundraising opportunity from Thunderbirds Charities ?? Our architecture partner Marlene Brandemuehl with Soaring Eight joined in the fun to keep the fridges stocked and the food hot! Before we hit the course, we saw the progress at American Sound's new Arizona headquarters with a behind-the-scenes tour from Superintendent Kevin Dettor! First phase details looking sharp!

Led by our Human Resources team, Jokake has been recognized twice as a gold recipient of the Arizona Department of Health Services' Healthy Workplaces Program awards. Derek Hammond, Denise Ingalls, and Candace Pfarr have worked to make Jokake a healthier and more well-rounded business for its employees. The program recognizes the work-life balance we offer, as well as the employee engagement, collaborative team environment, food offerings, and more. Our recent recognition affords us the opportunity to host the Healthy Arizona Worksite Training class at our office January 22. Construction is very underrepresented in the program, and we are excited to be one of the pioneers in this program and share our space and experience making Jokake a healthier workplace! In partnership with our client FRAZER, RYAN, GOLDBERG & ARNOLD LLP, this weekend marked our 10th year of giving back to a local shelter for female victims of domestic violence. Spearheaded by Carl Politico, our team brings hands-on expertise to provide improvements throughout the facility. A big thanks to Bryan Husband, Ray O'Connor, Donald Erickson, Gabriel Hernandez, and of course, Carl Politico for the helping hands!?????

Silo...Si-whoa! Conceptually Social's latest addition to Tempe is open and it looks (and tastes) great! The new eatery at Hayden Ferry is designed to bring guests in for more than a bite to eat.
