Quick sign of life as we move into 2025, but more importantly, I want to share how incredibly proud I am of the work the Tandem team accomplished this year. Childcare centers and teachers have long been overlooked and under-resourced, despite being the foundation of our children's future. Supporting these dedicated educators has shown us not just their daily challenges, but their unwavering commitment to providing quality care despite every obstacle. In 2024, we brought our staffing solution to 850 centers, connecting 2,500 educators with meaningful work opportunities. But beyond these numbers, what truly defines Tandem is the relationships we've built – 10,000+ unique connections were made – representing real people, real classrooms, and real impact on communities. While the everyday focus is often on metrics and product improvements, it's crucial to step back and acknowledge the human impact of our work. Every connection we make helps a teacher work in the field they love, a center maintain quality care, and children receive the attention they deserve. This is why we do what we do, and I couldn't be more excited to expand Tandem's reach to more centers and educators in 2025.
