Earlier this month, I had the honor of representing Take2 AI on a panel at the General Atlantic Global Human Capital Series, where we discussed “Real Cases, Real Impact: How #GenAI is Shaping #HR.” A big thank you to Prasad Setty and the General Atlantic team for the opportunity, and to my fellow panelists – Ana-Maria Constantin and Parker Mitchell – for an insightful discussion! One of the highlights for me was witnessing the audience’s reaction during a demo of Take2 AI, where we showcased how, today, companies can already leverage AI to #scale interviews, #simulate role plays of real-life client scenarios to assess talent, and hyper-personalize #training of employees based on skill gaps! The technology is evolving rapidly – significantly faster than many companies can adapt their recruiting and training practices. However, the most successful implementations we are seeing are with clients that (a) align the technology with a specific business use case and measurable outcomes, (b) collaborate across teams to define a process for evaluating and operationalizing the technology, and (c) have a clear strategy on how they orchestrate different elements of their technology stack into their workflow. It is still early days, but I am incredibly excited and bullish that AI can unlock opportunities for both talent and employers! #Take2AI #recruiting #hrtech #training
