Guiding the transformation of the global energy economy
关于我们
The Joint Institute for Strategic Energy Analysis (JISEA) seeks to guide the transformation of the global energy economy through comprehensive, transdisciplinary research focused on the nexus of energy, finance, and society. JISEA’s mission: JISEA research is focused on the intersections of diverse systems to ensure sustainability, resilience, and economic prosperity. JISEA strives to provide analysis that ? Guides, influences, and informs global energy investment and policy decisions, ? Integrates social, behavioral, economic, and strategic insights, ? Remains unbiased and unattached to a specific agenda, and ? Advances strategic dialogues that are taking place in countries worldwide. JISEA advances its mission of guiding the transformation of the global energy economy by conducting collaborative research and analysis in strategic areas that are of vital interest to our community of stakeholders and aligned with our mission. JISEA papers and publications deliver groundbreaking strategic insights and explain their real-world implications. Our key areas of research are: ? Energy Systems Integration and Transformation, ? Energy in the Global Water-Food Nexus, and ? Advanced Manufacturing, Circular Economy, and Clean Power for Industry. JISEA is operated by the Alliance for Sustainable Energy, LLC, on behalf of its founding partners: U.S. Department of Energy's National Renewable Energy Laboratory, University of Colorado-Boulder, Colorado School of Mines, Colorado State University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Stanford University.
