November is in full swing!??? ? The Parlay Team recently returned from a visit to Hollywood Casino at The Meadows in Pittsburgh, PA. We brought along some of our Culinary Solutions Team members, Philip Ma and Joel Boettcher, as well as our partner, Robert Comito from Truly Good Foods. ??? Our chefs performed a cutting to showcase the savings available with some of Parlay's programs and analyzed the location's point-of-sale data to provide recommendations for back of house operations. ? This year's National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) Conference and Exchange focused on "defining tomorrow's norms" and leading conversations about the future of diversity. ?
