As I reflect on my time at the UN-UNDP Global Leadership Academy for Women, I’m overwhelmed with appreciation for the opportunity to be part of something so meaningful. When I joined Mia AI over a year ago, I dreamed of working with women leaders from the Middle East, supporting their journey to transform communities, break barriers, and lead with purpose. That dream came full circle this month. It was an absolute honor to be among such a distinguished group of facilitators, trainers, leaders, and participants. These women and some incredible men —visionaries in their own right—are shaping the future of governance, technology, and innovation in their communities and beyond. The experience was humbling in every way. I walked in ready to contribute, but I left having learned far more than I gave. The depth of knowledge, resilience, and creativity shared in our sessions was genuinely inspiring. There’s a unique joy in mutual growth and collective purpose, and this gathering embodied it fully. I am reminded once again of the power of gratitude. To the UNDP team, thank you for bringing this vision to life. To the women who shared their stories, insights, and dreams, you’ve left an indelible mark on my heart. Together, we are building a future that is digital, inclusive, and human at its core.
