All the sales in the world don't matter if CS and Implementation can't deliver. We hit some bumps November-December following some amazing sales growth. Everything broke, as expected. We're always at the drawing board (see picture). Unexpected was how Josh Sanders and the entire team took on the challenge and excelled. The results this month (and we're still not even done): - All time record on go-lives - Sacramento Kings going live: They have a complex multi-warehouse flow that includes some light manufacturing in house. Hopefully we can get some tickets when we come out next time ?? - Fathead/Fanatics set to get off of Netsuite and go live either this month or early next month We are consistently bringing in and implementing more up market customers. We are getting more and more Netsuite/big ERP migrations under our belt. Sometimes I'm jealous of companies with a more simple product offering. You know, those type of one-click installs and voilà, DONE. We're solving such a hard problem that intersects deeply with real operations at brands. It's ALWAYS boring and unsexy. Josh and I often joke on the hard days "one card at a time, one implementation at a time". That mantra has carried me through 5 years of tough building and Josh through almost 3 years. So to anyone in the middle of solving a hard problem, I say "one card at a time, one implementation at a time". Just keep chipping away at it. Bring on another 3X year!
