"This is what wisdom looks like in the social sector,?it's all about understanding the basics and root causes to create solutions or movements that bring about change. Here are some simple insights from the heads of the Rohini Nilekani Philanthropies and the Skoll Foundation . Every person's daily responsibility is to restore the community, whether it's within their family, workplace, neighborhood, or at any level. It should be everyone's duty to create human-to-human connections and foster a harmonious society for today and tomorrow. The power of voluntary local public movements is incredibly potent in effecting positive societal change. Later on, these movements often become institutionalized and seek grant funding. Starting from society, from our human connections with each other, and re-powering the engine of human beings and citizenry to address some of our problems seems incredibly important to creating real, lasting change. This type of movement from people will awaken governments, the private sector, and philanthropists to come together to solve the hard problems we are facing today. That is what we need to do. Thank you, Rohini Nilekani and Don Gips , for sharing your insights. It helps someone like me who wants to walk the path.

Dear Surabhi Yadav , thank you so much for the amazing talk..It's indeed eye-opening to realize the subtle restrictions women face over the decades, even in seemingly mundane situations. Sometimes, freedom means everything. After listening to your talk, I remembered moments in our homes when mothers and grandmothers suddenly stopped talking whenever the head of the house came home, no matter how important or enjoyable their conversation was. They were subconsciously trained to stop talking in front of the man. The impact of freedom for women is immense, it allows them to express themselves authentically, pursue their passions, and envision their own futures without limitations. When women are free to be themselves, to read, to play, and to dream, society benefits from their diverse perspectives and contributions. It's about nurturing an environment where every individual can thrive regardless of gender.

Doing something important when there is little scope for making money as an organization, and sometimes even to survive, is really hard. There is nothing as delicate as an entrepreneur's dream of making a difference. Sometimes, it's not possible without organizations like The/Nudge Institute supporting them. That's why these people are exceptional; their stories need to be told to the world ??. Thank you Sudha Srinivasan ma'am for sharing the important work your team is doing by supporting these exceptional people and each of these organizations doing amazing work in their own ways. The world needs to know more about these organizations and the people behind them to garner support and partners in their journey to eradicate poverty. I think AI will change the idea of a non-profit forever, making it for-impact, similar to for-profit models. People who want to make an impact will support and join them, just like for-profit models. Imagine if there were a system to measure a person's or organization's impact in a decentralized way. If people believe and witness the change these organizations are making, then the way people see money as profit will change. That needs to happen. If someone enjoys the joy of creating something new and important to make things better for everyone, isn't that the richest thing in the world ??.
