Economic challenges have led more and more companies to cover food-related expenses that make a difference to workers. ?? Connectivity expenses like internet and mobile fees are popular, with tax benefits to employers encouraging coverage. ?? Caregiving expenses rank tenth in transaction count but fifth in dollars spent. This highlights their high cost and the critical support they provide to working caregivers. One common question we get about LSAs: Are the dollars put into an LSA tax deductible for employees like a pre-tax account? The answer is, LSAs are typically considered a taxable benefit.
