One special highlight was the panel discussion between our own Jason Fan alongside Haris Ikram of CandorIQ and Margaret (Maggie) Ruvoldt of LEARN Behavioral, moderated by the incomparable Elle Meza. We often talk about how LSAs are great at supporting employees and their unique needs, but can these personalized benefits also enhance workplace culture? Recent research from Canva caught our eye: the findings reveal a strong correlation between employees feeling appreciated and their job satisfaction and productivity. Two numbers stood out in particular: ???88% of employees believe employers should prioritize a culture of appreciation ?????? ???????? ???56% of employees say they feel appreciated at work Offering customizable, meaningful benefits that meet people where they are and give employees control could be a way to help bridge the gap. When employees are able to exercise choice and feel that their benefits are personalized for their needs, we believe they’re likely to feel a greater sense of appreciation from their employer.
