According to WTW’s 2024 Wellbeing Diagnostic Survey, only 21% of employers today consider wellbeing a foundational part of their human capital strategy. While this doesn’t seem like a lot, by 2027, that number is expected to more than double to 46%. From the energizing conversations we had at our booth, talking with people about the power and impact of Lifestyle Spending Accounts and the future of flexible benefits, to the networking dinners where we got to connect with benefits professionals that are pushing the industry forward, to the incredible session agenda packed with insights, we can confidently say #Transform2025 was a fantastic event. One special highlight was the panel discussion between our own Jason Fan alongside Haris Ikram of CandorIQ and Margaret (Maggie) Ruvoldt of LEARN Behavioral, moderated by the incomparable Elle Meza.
