We’re grateful to the thousands of nonprofits and schools that engage with our associates, customers, stores and clubs through our Spark Good community giving programs. We listened to their feedback and recently made improvements to make it easier to access all our Spark Good programs. I’m excited to share a few new features: ???Now, nonprofits and schools can access all programs at one entry point on walmart.com/nonprofits ??Through a new collaboration, Deed will verify organizations participating in Spark Good programs ???A new platform for Walmart and Sam's Club associates, powered by Deed, will provide new ways for organizations to engage our associates to give and volunteer, including posting volunteer opportunities that associates can search and sign up for!? ? Check out the new features and continue to let us know how we can make it easier for you to #SparkGood in your communities.?

Deed makes it easy for UK citizens to make the most of Gift Aid—and increase the impact of their donations! In the United Kingdom, Gift Aid is a government program that incentivizes charitable donations. It’s simple: The government matches most individual donations to eligible nonprofits to the tune of 25 pence on the pound. With Deed, companies can easily make the most of public policy programs like Gift Aid. Here’s how it works. When your company uses Deed for workplace giving, your UK-based team members will just tick a box at the donation checkout page to confirm that they are a UK taxpayer. Around the same time that the nonprofit receives your employee’s donation, the nonprofit will be notified that one-fourth of the donation amount can be matched by the government. So for every £1 your employee gives, the nonprofit receives £1.25. Ready to make the most of Gift Aid? To learn more, speak with one of Deed’s workplace giving specialists at https://bit.ly/3UO578I
