Here are some qualities we're looking for: -?Experience creating short form videos for TikTok, Instagram and/or YouTube Shorts. - Ability to communicate compelling messages and engage viewers through storytelling. - Capacity to come up with innovative ideas for videos and ways to showcase Beni in unique, relatable ways. - Awareness of current social media trends and the ability to adapt content to be timely and relevant. - Flexibility to shift creative approaches based on feedback and changing objectives. - Self-starter mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment. - Familiarity with shopping secondhand with Beni and a passion for sustainable fashion. Has anyone ever used Beni? We added shopping with Beni to our Mammoth Climate Challenges recently, and I’ve been LOVING it. Their Chrome extension automatically searches secondhand sites for products similar to ones you’re looking at from retailers (like the Girlfriend Collective search I was just doing!) It’s a great nudge to easily find the same products for less money, and more impact! #secondhand #climatechallenge
