One of the most uncomfortable things for me is public speaking. Despite my challenges with it, I keep getting on stage because fear kills dreams, and my dream to spread the word about Transition is what I'm determined to do! ?? This week, I had the incredible opportunity to present Transition to hospital and health system leaders at the American Hospital Association (AHA) Leadership Summit in beautiful San Diego, CA. Our workforce platform streamlines the education to employment journey for emerging healthcare professionals. By leveraging AI-powered skill simulations and personalized career pathways, we ensure students are well prepared to excel in their roles upon graduation and that employers can hire the right talent faster. I'm immensely grateful for Kathryne Cooper, MBA and the team at Jumpstart Nova, C. Douglas Shaw and Paul Johnson for giving us a spot on the Innovation Hub stage alongside four other amazing ventures. It was truly inspiring to connect with bright healthcare leaders who are hungry for sustainable workforce solutions.
