Sheltair is excited to announce the launch of two state-of-the-art hangars at Orlando Executive Airport, officially underway following our recent groundbreaking ceremony on October 16th in partnership with the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA). These additions bring Sheltair's presence to nearly 430,000 square feet, enhancing our capabilities with 65,000 square feet of premium hangar and office space, including a dedicated MRO facility. Designed for large cabin aircraft like the Gulfstream G-550 and Bombardier Global Express 5000, this expansion sets new standards in service and storage for the Orlando aviation community! Excited to share a sneak peak of the Law Enforcement Center Renovation project that is finally wrapping up after two long years! The entire facility was overhauled in six phases to improve the delivery of County services by centralizing Dorchester County Sheriff's Office’s operations. ???? During the approach of Hurricane Milton, our main concern is the safety of our team and partners. Beginning Tuesday, JLC operations in the Tampa, Sarasota, and Orlando areas will be suspended in anticipation of the storm's arrival. We will remain closed until Milton has passed and will then evaluate the safety of resuming operations as quickly as possible. Our thoughts are with our team members and their families, and we hope that everyone stays safe and vigilant during this time.

We’re excited to share the successful completion of our latest project at Lakeland Linder International Airport! Starting in March and wrapping up in June, our JLC team transformed the terminal inside and out with a fresh, modern look. This $1.3 million renovation was specially tailored to welcome Avelo Airlines for commercial flights. Avelo's first flight took off from Lakeland to New Haven on June 13, marked by a celebratory ribbon cutting. Johnson-Laux breaks ground on North Side development for Sheltair Aviation at SRQ! On April 30, our dedicated JLC Sarasota Team broke ground on a new project at Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ). This $40+ million project for Sheltair will include a new FBO Terminal, two spacious hangars, a fuel farm, and 20+ acres of aircraft ramp.
