This week, JAI Project Manager and Designer Emily Haire joined in the groundbreaking ceremony for the Maryville Operations Center. The 22,000-square-foot facility will include office space, a secure data center, conference and training spaces, and will house 60+ workstations for employees who work tirelessly to keep Maryville “clean, safe and beautiful,” according to Mayor Andy White.

National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO) lauded the KCDC redevelopment for the holistic approach, inclusion of community input, preservation of culture and more.
