I'm a 25+ year (seriously? I don't feel that old) B2B marketing pro and have lead a variety of teams. I've taken an integrated marketing approach and incorporated elements of change, network-building, brand ambassador creation and, most importantly, human value to create an integrative marketing fusion model. In addition, I'm a volunteer firefighter and at age 49 graduated at the top of my fire academy class. We respond to everything from structure and wildland fires, motor vehicle accidents, search and rescue, medical emergencies and more. Always good to help my community. I played the clarinet since 1981, adding saxophone in 1987, and flute and piano in 1988. My career, family and children derailed my music journey till 2021 where I picked up the guitar and piano again along with some songwriting. After watching "What the Health on Netflix, I decided to go vegan. Yep, just like that I did it. This was during the physical part of the fire academy so at first I thought it may be challenging, but nope. I felt awesome! More energy and stamina and my strength was right up there. I've always enjoyed cooking but with covid hitting and my new veganism I started cooking on a regular basis and having a ball with global flavors and dishes. For me this is a perfect balance of work, play, and give.
