"HVAC failed overnight. Made the call to John Wilcox at 7:15 am, they had a technician there by 8:15 am, and the repair was complete by 9:15 am. Courteous technician too. Couldn’t have been happier with the experience! Several months later had my tankless water heater fail. Based on good HVAC experience I called John Wilcox. Came promptly to asses the failure & provided guidance on repair vs replace…we chose the latter. Again great service. Replaced the water heater and fixed several issues with plumbing and electrical left by the previous installer; put simply, they do great quality work! Courteous technicians, prompt service, and conscientious cleanup when the job was done. Again exceeded my expectation (which is rare). Will call them again when I need work in the future! Future work just happened today. Had a small plumbing issue. They showed up when scheduled, were clean about entering the house and performing work.
