(JTC) is a multi-discipline consulting firm founded in 1997, providing geotechnical engineering and consulting, environmental consulting, special inspections, utility inspections, highway inspections, materials testing, and structural and infrared evaluations. JTC has offices throughout the northeast: Dover and North Hampton, NH; Sutton, MA; Wethersfield, CT; Bangor and Lisbon, ME; and Hartland and South Burlington, VT. JTC maintains in-house laboratories that are accredited through AMRL, CCRL, AASHTO, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. We have grown to a staff of over 130 professionals providing services throughout New England and the state of NY.

JTC recently provided geotechnical design services for the Pommogusset Road culvert replacement project in Rutland, MA, working alongside GC Morais Concrete, Western Earthworks, Portadam, CHA, and MassDOT. Stephen Lanne and Colin Plante, P.E., performed critical geotechnical investigations, slope stability assessments, and seepage analyses to support the installation of a temporary cofferdam. These analyses were key to developing safe excavation requirements, ensuring a dry, secure environment for the new culvert's installation. Additionally, JTC delivered comprehensive demolition plans, erection plans, and excavation support designs for the project.
