Hello Friends, Fellow Veterans, Business Associates, and 'Thinking' Leaders, It's very visible these days watching people allow themselves to get easily so triggered by things we see in the news. I personally know, it's easier said than done--not to allow ourselves to "get triggered." I have been triggered before...who hasn't? According to Healthline.com--"In mental health terms, a trigger refers to?something that affects your emotional state, often significantly, by causing extreme overwhelm or distress. A trigger affects your ability to remain present in the moment. It may bring up specific thought patterns or influence your behavior." As leaders, we must find a way to overcome our triggers, our reactionary emotional responses to often negative stimuli. Why? Think about it. We cannot be truly effective leaders if we're angry or not operating in a healthy state of mind, being so reactionary. So next time, we feel a triggering moment coming upon us--we must try to remain calm, take a deep breath, and be silent...as this triggering moment will (hopefully) soon pass. Lead with genuine personal power not with triggered reactions. #leadership #learning #liberty #notriggers

Hello Friends, Fellow Veterans, and Business Associates, A married man's primary purpose is to take care of his family. This revelation became very evident to me while on a trip to the Ecuadoran Andes in early 2000. It must have been to world's highest art gallery--this woman's husband was selling small oil paintings on the side of the road with his family. Whether or not he painted the art himself, or was a re-seller of someone else's work, was of no consequence to me. The fact that he was doing something at high altitude to help support his family really hit home with me. This moment in time made me more grateful for my own father, who worked most of his entire adult life to make sure our family was taken care of. We weren't a wealthy family, but like this Ecuadoran merchant/artist, we had great riches-a father who fulfilled his masculine duties, his role as a protective husband/father. #family #education #truth

Hello Truth-Loving Friends, Veterans, and Business Associates, We've worked out a viable solution for this age of relentless bombardment of unreliable information. It's not rocket science. We've gone back to the very basics of information analysis. Only this time, we've added a gender role component to the process. Our team is on a very real mission to save families from the very real problems caused by what we're calling unreliable information. You know, outright lies, altered information, propaganda and illogical ideological narratives, claims not backed by any truth, history, or even by any scientific evidence. If not now, when men? Seriously. And, we don't exclude women in the process. How could we? That would be ridiculous. With multiple translations in the works, we 'think' we can do this on a global scale.
