Our team has been hard at work filling in this sediment basin as we complete the final stages of Phase 1 of the Skyway Industrial Park project in Charlotte, NC. Sediment basins play a crucial role in construction by controlling stormwater runoff and preventing sediment from leaving the site during the building process. Now that major sitework is finished, it's time to safely close out the basin and prepare the site for future development.

We’re thrilled to be working on the site preparation for the Stowe Family YMCA expansion. This project will greatly benefit the community, and we’re proud to be part of bringing this vision to life.
On September 5th, we kicked off a transformative 13 million dollar expansion and renovation project at the Stowe Family YMCA in Mount Holly, NC, with over 300 community members and local leaders in attendance. Celebrating having already raised over 12.5 million thus far, the project will add 15,000 square feet, featuring a new entrance, expanded lobby, family wing, multi-purpose gym, and an outdoor water park with a pool and sports courts. Renovations to 37,000 square feet of the facility will include upgraded fitness spaces, locker rooms, and wellness areas. We're also excited to introduce a new chapel and a connection to the Carolina Thread Trail.
