    JOH brought together key Lidl US merchandising team members?and senior leaders from our valued clients for a dynamic and highly productive vendor summit at the recent PLMA Conference in Chicago. John Saidnawey, JOH's CEO, opened the event, welcomed attendees and introduced Miguel Paradela Held, Lidl's Chief Commercial Officer. Miguel provided an insightful overview of Lidl’s global operations and their mission in the U.S. He then handed the floor to Peter Poutre, Lidl's Chief Buying Officer, who shared valuable insights into their growth plans, merchandising strategies, and partnership opportunities with this rapidly expanding global retailer. The event provided a fantastic chance to connect Lidl with our clients, fostering stronger partnerships and driving success!

What stood out this year? ?? The industry's focus on unifying the in-store and online shopping experience. While retail media and online shopping have been the center of attention in recent years, relatively little innovation and connectivity has taken place where 75% of purchase consideration is still taking place: ?? IN THE AISLE We're excited to see where the trends AND technologies highlighted at this year's show take us in 2025 and beyond!
