Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) is one of the premier organizations in NASCAR, with four NASCAR Cup Series teams, three NASCAR Xfinity Series teams and a driver development program. Its 2024 driver lineup consists of Denny Hamlin, Martin Truex Jr., Christopher Bell, and Ty Gibbs in the NASCAR Cup Series. Meanwhile, Sheldon Creed and Chandler Smith will each run full-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. Aric Almirola, John Hunter Nemechek, William Sawalich, Ryan Truex, Joe Graf Jr., and Taylor Gray will run partial schedules in the Xfinity Series, and Tanner Gray will run a portion of the ARCA Menards Series. Based in Huntersville, N.C., and owned by Joe Gibbs — a three-time Super Bowl winner as head coach of the NFL's Washington Commanders, a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and a member of the NASCAR Hall of Fame — JGR has competed in NASCAR since 1992, winning five Cup Series championships, and four Xfinity Series championships along with more than 375 NASCAR races, including four Brickyard 400s and four Daytona 500s.

After 35 years at Toyota Racing Development and 11 years as president, David Wilson has announced his retirement in December 2024. General Manager Tyler Gibbs will succeed Wilson as president of TRD. “It’s been such an honor to be a member of this team and work alongside so many dedicated, talented and passionate men and women,” said Wilson. “I’m humbled and grateful for the trust, support and friendship afforded me throughout my career by my colleagues at TMNA, the Toyota Motor Corporation, our industry and team partners and our athletes. Congratulations to Martin Truex Jr. on a storied, Hall of Fame career. Martin’s accomplishments on the track have been nothing short of extraordinary – including 34 Cup wins and the 2017 NASCAR Cup Series Championship. He’s competed in 664 consecutive races, going back to the 2006 Daytona 500. No other driver has a longer active streak – and his precision and grit have earned him a place among the all-time greats. Beyond his impressive accolades, its Martin’s character that has set him apart. It’s not often that someone who has achieved greatness remains so humble and kind. It has been a privilege watching Martin’s career over the last few years, and I wish him and his family all the best in their next step. We are grateful for everything he has done for us at Joe Gibbs Racing, our fans, and the racing community at large.?
