Are automatic negative thoughts (ANTs) creeping into your mind? ???? These thoughts like "I’m worthless" or "Life is meaningless" can feel overwhelming, but they don’t have to control you. By challenging them with questions like, "Is this a fact or a feeling?" or reminding yourself, "I control my response," you can reclaim the positive space in your mind. It takes practice and effort, but you learn to kick those ANTs to the curb. You've got this and we've got you! Call us 24/7 at 913-268-0156 or call, text, or chat 988. #MentalHealthMatters

    •
