We are now hiring for an Advisor in our Employment Services department! This person is responsible for coordinating all services to clients assigned to their caseload. Assists persons served in developing plan to meet employment objectives. The Advisor ensures consumer participation in his/her program and that services are provided in an orderly, purposeful and timely manner. The Advisor is also responsible for intra- and interagency referrals for service and tracking, reporting and documentation of the consumer’s progress. We are now hiring an Education Instructor! The Education Instructor is responsible for coordinating the education classroom training for basic literacy and HiSET preparation. This person assists students with life skills instruction including communication, decision-making, interpersonal, lifelong learning, leadership, academic training skills, and supplemental activities to support the transformation of participants to meet the goals of the YouthBuild program. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to build a beautiful home in central Columbia and we can't wait to see a new family call this beautiful blue place home.
