Members of the RPCRA, Stevens Construction, Mayor Kevin Anderson, Commissioner Cecil Pendergrass, Studio A.D., Quattrone & Associates, Jewitt Engineering, Edge Interiors, Kevatron Engineering, Southern Engineering of SW Florida and Lake Michigan Credit Union joined together to celebrate this project that has been in the works since 2019! And Stevens Construction provided nearly two years of preconstruction services, assisting RPCRA with design team selection, budgeting, scheduling and provided more than $1M in cost-savings suggestions during the design. We are hiring for PM / Superintendent ! Our company is set up to provide opportunities for employees that differ from other large companies. You have influence and authority to make decisions and improve processes. We all work as a team, and when help is needed, the entire management team is available. One-on-one training is available upon request. We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager or a Superintendent. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget. Creating successful projects for the team. Responsibilities - Plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine and understand the specifications of the project. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements. Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations. Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met. Hire staff and allocate responsibilities. Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed. Evaluate progress and document as necessary. Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues. Requirements - JND is open to training for this position. Proven experience as mechanical project manager In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards Good knowledge of MS Office Familiarity with construction/ project management software Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills A team player with leadership abilities Project Types - High-Rise multi-family Private Commercial Buildings Senior Living Facilities JND Mechanical Benefits - Weekly Paychecks, Thursdays.
