Breaking ground on a multi-family/retail mixed-use high-rise building, complete with top-of-the-line amenities, setting a new benchmark for luxury and community living. And so much more! Precise Architectural Drawings. ? 3D Renderings. ? Meticulous Vendor/Product sourcing. ? Detailed Designer Specbook. Starting from the #Reception area; you'll be greeted by a bean-shaped two-tone reception desk wrapped in concrete and glossy white, with cove lighting. A curved wall behind the reception desk with a recessed logo. Wavy backlit niche showcasing skincare products. #TheLounge area features plush seating, bended glass wall sconces, a curved coffee table. A glossy white kitchenette for freshly brewed espresso, lattes?? of your choice, Ice cold smoothies ?? and refreshments. Signage over kitchenette reads: “?? a little bird told me: i deserve it”. The spa is enveloped in cove lighting and soft concrete limewash-effect painted walls throughout. In the #Corridor, you’re met with a serene view of Pampas-grass oases, Curved plaster Ceiling with integrated cove lighting, Trio-spotlight sections and sleek, flushed baseboards, Frameless Doors create a seamless and clean look. Each room's is being named uniquely with: “?? a little bird told me, I’m Room 1” etc. displayed in a slim bean-shaped niche beside its door, adds a personal touch and warm vibe to the experience. Once in the #SpaSanctuary Room, one wall features custom line-art facials on a toupee concrete limewash-effect background, complemented by a white glossy sleek floating vanity & white quartz stone-top, a wavy backlit mirror, LED-Cove floating ceiling, hand-molded concrete lampshade pendant in some rooms, and Stars Lighting in others. A rattan round rug, a curvy white side-chair, and plaster artwork. We are proud to have brought our client's vision to life, creating a one-of-a-kind spa experience.
