Over the past year, our facility has gone through extensive renovations—featuring updates to our employee bathrooms and locker rooms. Wrapping it all up is a complete remodel of the employee break room! ? Major updates included: New appliances Infotainment system Cabinets and lighting ? Our annual summer company outing took place at LMCU Ballpark to watch the West Michigan Whitecaps! The JMS Team and their families spent Friday evening enjoying the great weather, ballpark food, and a Whitecaps win.?

Assembled Fasteners are frequently used to join two components of differing material types, most typically a part made of steel with a plastic part.?Each component within the Fastener serves a special purpose. The deep-drawn Sleeve provides torque limiting functionality, helping prevent deformation of the plastic part. The Bolt does the fastening and in the case of a Grommet, this can provide NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) reduction.?The base, or “foot,” of the Sleeve can also be configured to prevent indenting, or “brinelling,” of the metal part where the Sleeve makes contact.
