The Phillip Hawkins dormitory at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro is undergoing a major renovation. We are replacing 238 fan coil units, one in every dorm room, going from the old 4-pipe unit to a SureFlow 2-pipe fan coil unit. These 2-pipe units reduce total pipe requirements which can reduce construction cost by up to 40% on materials and installation labor. Up in the attic we are repiping existing air handlers.
