Our company originally started as a family-owned business in Las Vegas, Nevada in the early 1930’s. By the mid 1930’s JMI moved to nearby St. George, Utah and began working in the sand, gravel and concrete business and we’ve been here ever since. After several years of working in materials, supply and construction, JMI Property Services expanded to become a full-service real estate brokerage to provide our clients all aspects of real estate service. At JMI, we are passionate about community, and economic development. This is something that plays an important role in each project we undertake. We are committed to building our local community and improving the quality of life. Over the past 60 years we have donated significant money, time, and expertise to the growth of Dixie State University. We recognize and value education and its effect on the community. We have been involved in the St. George Chamber of Commerce, WCEDC- Washington County Economic Development Council, SUHBA- Southern Utah Home Builders Association, Rotary Club, DSU Alumni Association Board, St. George Exchange Club, Leadership Dixie, and the development of the Fort Pierce Industrial Park.
