Spring is sprouting ??and our retail team is making great progress at Shops at the Brick & Mortar District in Kyle, Texas, just south of Austin. This ground-up retail development by GBT Realty boasts a 23,256-square-foot ??Sprouts Farmers Market and three retail buildings totaling 18,325 square feet. We are thrilled to collaborate with Sprouts on our fourth store for this national grocer.
